TEEM Helps Recover and Rebuild Lives

Our heartfelt prayers go out to all of the tornado victims in Moore and Shawnee. Fortunately, all TEEM staff are safe, but some former and current students have been affected in some way by the devastating tornadoes. Many have not only lost their homes and loved ones, but also their livelihoods. Office and commercial buildings have been completely wiped out.

As lives are being rebuilt, TEEM opens it's doors to anyone needing help with education, social services, job training and placement. There is also a clothes closet on-site and breakfast and lunch are served daily to participants in the TEEM program.

Consider sponsoring a TEEM student by giving a Construction Trade scholarship ($100) to not only help someone with employment but also with the rebuilding efforts in our community. Even $20 would help feed one of our students for a few days. For more information about TEEM or ways you can help, visit www.teem.org or call 405-235-5671.
