Admin Accounting Assistant

Data entry for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash transactions. This includes entry and allocating of payable invoices and creating and maintaining receivable invoices, payments, and receipts. The Accounting Assistant provides basic bookkeeping assistance to the Director of Finance. This position also works on administrative special projects such as invoices, and state and local contracts, and provides general administrative support to the Executive Director.

  • Required Education: An Associates Degree

    Work Experience: Bachelor’s degree preferred. All candidates must be at least 21 years of age and have a combination of education and experience necessary to meet the expectations required and the responsibilities outlined.

Case Manager 1

This position will be with TEEM’s Reentry program. The Case Manager is responsible for providing services, assistance, referrals and direction to participants at Teem in a professional and effective manner to empower the individual to achieve personal goals and obtain self-sufficiency. These services include but not limited to conducting assessments, establishing and overseeing service plans, goal setting, record keeping and employment assistance. The Case Manager participates in inter-disciplinary case staffing meetings, programmatic development, and participant problem-solving in compliance with guidelines established by the Oklahoma Department of Corrections and TEEM personnel manual.

  • Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services field.

  • Work Experience: Master’s Degree in Social Work or Human Services field and two years of direct services or case management experience preferred.

Financial Director/Accounting Officer

Maintain accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll. This includes reviewing and reconciling payable invoices, creating and maintaining receivable invoices, payments and receipts, and administration of accounts. Prepare monthly bank and credit card reconciliations. The Financial Director will assist the Executive Director with the financial management of the organization. The position will prepare useful and accurate financial statements and report material changes. Assist in grant proposals and ensure appropriate internal controls are in place to reduce the risk of fraud, breach of confidence, or loss of data. The Financial Director will supervise other staff within the finance department and ensure TEEM’s finances, accounting, and fiduciary responsibility are sound and in accordance with best practices.

  • Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting related field required.

  • Work Experience: Master of Business Administration preferred. All candidates must be at least 21 years of age and have a combination of education and experience necessary to meet the expectations required and the responsibilities outlined.

Pretrial Release Initiative Case Manager - Level I

The Pretrial Release Initiative Case Manager is responsible for connecting participants with approved social services and programming and monitoring compliance with court-ordered requirements. The Case Manager is responsible for helping determine eligibility, providing supervision, assistance, referrals, connecting to community resources, and providing encouragement, guidance, and direction to participants in the Oklahoma County Pretrial Release Initiative. Professionally and appropriately they will empower participants to achieve program goals and maintain compliance with the terms of their court conditions. These services include but are not limited to analyzing legal history, interpreting assessments, establishing and overseeing supervision plans and treatment compliance, goal setting, record keeping, and employment assistance. The Case Manager is expected to participate in case staffing meetings, programmatic development, and participant problem-solving while abiding by all guidelines established for the Pretrial Release Initiative.

Supervision Engagement Officer

The Supervision Engagement Officer (SEO) is responsible for supporting participants as they navigate through the requirements of Dreams Court, DUI Court and Veterans Treatment Court. This position will monitor devices participants are required to utilize in their respective program, collect and examine drug test results, track and report sanctions and supervise treatment compliance and other court requirements. Supervision Engagement Officers will seek to maintain consistent communication with individuals assigned to the diversion programs identified above, oversee court requirements, contact participants assigned to their caseload weekly, increase contact as needed and conduct welfare visits as needed. In addition, the SEO will participate in a minimum of 15 visits per month to monitor the compliance and wellness of participants. Home visits are to include but not be limited to individuals staying in shelters and living on streets. SEO will administer reassessments as needed and coordinate with referrals to treatment providers and community resources. This position will engage in clear, consistent and effective communication with the Treatment Court Program Director and appropriate judicial leaders. This position reports to the Deputy Director at TEEM.

  • Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree

  • Preferred Experience: Bachelor’s Degree preferred and experience in law enforcement or Social Services related field.

  • Work Experience: Two years of direct services or experience in a treatment-related profession.

  • Physical Requirements: The duties of an SEO may require periods of time in outdoor elements of heat, cold and inclement weather. The physical demands are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job
