We believe meaningful employment is a key step toward a successful, stable, and independent life. Our Employment Services program is designed to help TEEM participants from any of our programs build skills, gain experience, and secure lasting employment.

Our Services Include:
Career Fairs: Regular events connecting participants with second-chance employers who believe in opportunity and growth.
Computer Lab Access: Use of our on-site lab for job searches, applications, online training, and professional development.
Employment Navigation: One-on-one support with building resumes, identifying job opportunities, and completing applications.
Employment Readiness Classes: Learn essential skills for finding, getting, and keeping a job, including professionalism and workplace expectations.
Job Training & Certifications: Opportunities to earn industry-recognized credentials.
Mock Interviews: Practice interview skills, receive feedback, and build confidence.
PRSS Training
We host a Peer Recovery Support Specialist Mentorship Training class that helps prepare participants for the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (ODMHSAS) Peer Certification exam and training. This class is free to participate in, though there are some stipulations.

YOU MUST HAVE:
Six months of active recovery
An ability to articulate your recovery story
A high standard of integrity
GED/High School Diploma
A desire to help other
COURSE SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:
Must refrain from fraternization with current, past, or present participants
Submit to random UAs
Adhere to a strict attendance policy
Complete a 10-week course
Attend a 90-minute workshop once a week
Complete 8 hours of co-facilitating recovery groups
Complete 8 hours of volunteering with TEEM
